Shipping Policy

All of our products are shipped to you via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping depending on your region. No code necessary; free shipping will be applied at checkout and does not include duties.

Some of our products are origin from China and may be delivered to international warehouses based on the customer's regional location.

The packages are delivered within international location, the customer shall take note for duties and taxes if applicable during checkout.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the estimated timeframe below. Please note the delivery times are estimates.

Delivery is not available to some parts of the country at checkout. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Note:

1. Due to tariffs imposed by the U.S. government, delivery times may be longer than originally estimated. Please note that customer may also be subject to taxes or import duties before customs release.

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.

HaNa PlayHub only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. Our team will assess your request and opt for the best solution.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. 

1. Return Period

We use a return period of 14 days during which the customer may return his or her package. These 14 days start when the package is marked as delivered. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

2. Return Condition

All items must be returned to us in an unused condition suitable for resale with the tags still attached to the items. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN'T RETURN? 

Any item that is returned worn or damaged that has not previously been disclosed to our customer support team will be rejected with their return void and products destroyed. This also includes the items that have exceeded the 14 days return window.

3. Return Cost

Returns are on your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. Please make sure to keep the proof of shipment until your order is returned to our warehouse. We are not able to cover any issue when you are not able to provide a track & trace or proof of shipment.

4. Return Processing Time

If you indicate that you would like to exchange a product when you register your return, we will immediately get to work on this. This way we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 5 working days.

If you prefer to return for a refund, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your refund. Please take note it can take up to 10 working days before the refund is visible on your bank. Returns or refunds also incur a 10% processing fee.
