Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
1. Return Period
We use a return period of 14 days during which the customer may return his or her package. These 14 days start when the package is marked as delivered. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.
2. Return Condition
All items must be returned to us in an unused condition suitable for resale with the tags still attached to the items. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN'T RETURN?
Any item that is returned worn or damaged that has not previously been disclosed to our customer support team will be rejected with their return void and products destroyed. This also includes the items that have exceeded the 14 days return window.
3. Return Cost
Returns are on your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.
Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. Please make sure to keep the proof of shipment until your order is returned to our warehouse. We are not able to cover any issue when you are not able to provide a track & trace or proof of shipment.
4. Return Processing Time
If you indicate that you would like to exchange a product when you register your return, we will immediately get to work on this. This way we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 5 working days.
If you prefer to return for a refund, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your refund. Please take note it can take up to 10 working days before the refund is visible on your bank. Returns or refunds also incur a 10% processing fee.
